We strongly believe that having the space and resources to pursue your interests and explore a passion are incredibly important to cultivating a growth mindset and a sense of play. Medium will reimburse you up to $1,000 per calendar year to help cover the cost of anything that supports your career development.
Home Workstation Bonus
$500 bonus (post-tax) for items you need to outfit your home workstation.
Medium Membership
We offer you a discounted Medium membership of $1/month upon your start (regularly $5/month).
NorthStar
Northstar is a personal finance service that guides you with human financial advisors, and automates your budgeting, cash flow, and decision-making. Medium employees are offered a reduced membership price of $9/month.
Co-working Stipend
Each Median can expense up to $200/month for the use of a co-working space. Though we’re a remote first company, we encourage facetime when it makes sense for you!
Urbansitter
$200 credit each month from Urbansitter for work-related childcare needs.
Spring Health
Employees have access to up to 6 therapy sessions per year through a licensed clinician, paid for by Medium, as well as 6 coaching sessions through a certified coach.
Parental Leave
Medium will provide up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave to employees following the birth of a child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption or foster care.
